What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word “collagen?” Most likely , your answer was “skincare,” wasn’t it?

Now for those who know me know that I have a vast amount of creams, serums, masks, oils on my nightstand as I love to pamper my skin. But I know the collagen in creams does not really boost the skin quality. This is particularly true for someone like me who has lost approximately 50 kg and has more weight left to lose to keep my skin firm.
