Creamy Chocolate Fudge

This is an extremely easy to prepare, creamy, and decadent dessert that is also full of healthy fats, plant-based protein, and fibre that you will keep making over and over again once you try it just once!

Guilt-free eating means you don’t feel guilty about what you eat. EVER! Whether it’s this amazing fudge made from dates and nuts OR sugar, butter, and milk-based fudge! All foods are morally and emotionally equivalent. There is no ‘bad’ or ‘good’ choice – there is only the choice that works for you! ⁠

Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 11 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup + 3 tbsp full-fat coconut milk (from a can)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions:  

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour into a lined 8X8 pan. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes and enjoy! Store in freezer.
