The Food Freedom Formula


Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed around food?
Do you bounce from counting calories to cutting carbs, to going on week-long juice cleanses because you heard it was the BEST way of losing weight, only to gain it all right back?
Do you process your emotions by faceplanting into a bowl of cookies?
Are you constantly doing mental acrobatics trying to keep track of what you can and can’t eat based on what you’ve already eaten and how much you’ve worked out that day?
You want your relationship with food to be joyful, easy, and just not that big a deal—because you have so many more important things to do with your life—but you’re not sure how to get there.
I know how hard it can be to get out of this cycle. I’ve been there!
Then this program is for you! I will be launching a group program called The food freedom formula.
Join this program to Make eating a positive, mindful experience that also nourishes your body and focusing on self-care and self-prioritization by making food choices that make you feel good.
Week by week we’ll cover ten principles of intuitive eating and mindful eating. I’ve updated these a little from the original principles to be a bit more relevant while still staying true to the fundamentals of the process.

What’s involved?

The course is designed to be taken over 10 weeks – each week a new concept will be discussed via video content, and articles and pdfs. Plus you’ll be added into a facebook group that will become a community of people who are going through the process too. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions in a monthly Q+A, plus I’ll give you weekly activities and homework (the good kind, don’t worry).

When does it start?

The course starts on 16th September 2019. If you cannot make it to one or more of the courses a recording of the session will be sent to you.

How much does it cost?

This round of  The food freedom program will cost 277 euro if paid in full or 107 if paid in 3 instalments every 3 weeks. If you would like to pay in instalments please contact me on and I will send you a link for the instalments via email.


This course is not appropriate for people with active eating disorders; if you are suffering from an eating disorder, you must have express permission from your GP or care provider to embark on this course. Although this course is intended to help heal your relationship with food and eating, for some it may be triggering – if at any point you feel you are unduly suffering, you must inform me immediately to ensure you seek the appropriate care. Eating disorders are very serious conditions and I do not take them lightly. And would probably need a different approach – feel free to get in touch about other courses.
