Then this program is for you! I will be launching a group program called The food freedom formula. This is a group program for 3 or more people. So you can choose to do this with your friends or family members.
Join this program to Make eating a positive, mindful experience that also nourishes your body and focusing on self-care and self-prioritization by making food choices that make you feel good.
Week by week we’ll cover ten principles of intuitive eating and mindful eating. I’ve updated these a little from the original principles to be a bit more relevant while still staying true to the fundamentals of the process.
The course is designed to be taken over 10 weeks – each week a new concept will be discussed via zoom. Plus you’ll be added into a facebook group that will become a community of people who are going through the process too. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions in a monthly Q+A, plus I’ll give you weekly activities and homework (the good kind, don’t worry).
How much does it cost?
